Rescheduling

Life happens. You get one free reschedule per package with at least 24 hours notice. Less than 24 hours counts as a served session.

Refunds

Payments are non-refundable, but they are transferable. Gift a session to someone you love, or apply your balance to any other House of Mona Litza™ offering. Nothing goes to waste at this table.

Package expiration

Packages have a season. The 4-Course is good for 8 weeks and the 8-Course for 16 weeks from your first session. Fresh is the whole point.

Safety

The Kitchen is a safe space, and that runs both ways. Kitchen Monatique™ reserves the right to pause or end any session or working relationship if something feels unsafe. If that happens, any unused prepaid balance will be refunded in full.
